Mission
Improving the quality of academic, administrative and financial performance and promoting a culture of quality in the university.

Objectives
The QAO, in coordination with all SQU units, aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Enhance the Continuous Quality Improvement Processes (CQIP) at SQU.
• Spread the culture of quality improvement among staff and students at SQU.
• Achieve and maintain SQU accreditation by the Oman Academic Accreditation Authority  (OAAA) and international accreditation agencies.
• Improve the level of expertise and consultancies pertaining to quality and accreditation for all units of the University.
