360 Assessment of SQU Leaders

A comprehensive assessment or 360-degree assessment, where it takes into account those with whom the employee interacts with, such as their direct supervisor, colleagues, subordinates, and clients both within and outside the university. Its purpose is to identify strengths and weaknesses that may not be apparent in traditional assessments, such as soft skills.  It helps in designing of appropriate training programs to address areas in need of development, and integration with other performance assessment tools. The Quality Assurance Office, in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Center, conducts this tool on SQU leaders, using assessment areas focusing on a group of attributes such as; leadership, strategic planning, communication and relationships, creativity and innovation, and capacity and competency building.
