Institution and Scientific Research

The scientific and institutional research quality department supervises the institution's performance through overseeing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), measuring satisfaction levels, and assessing leadership performance at the institutional level.


KPIs:
This involves supporting the establishment of annual KPIs and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to improve performance.


Satisfaction surveys:
The department regulates a variety of satisfaction surveys, encompassing institutional services, unit services, course and teaching, orientation of new students, staff induction programs, among others.


Leadership performance:
The department implement procedures to assess leadership performance, including a 360-degree assessment tool for supervisory roles and council/board/committee performance assessment.
