Satisfaction surveys:
The department regulates a variety of satisfaction surveys, encompassing institutional services, unit services, course and teaching, orientation of new students, staff induction programs, among others.
Leadership performance:
The department implement procedures to assess leadership performance, including a 360-degree assessment tool for supervisory roles and council/board/committee performance assessment.
