Bachelor's Program:

The Bachelor's Program in Law at Sultan Qaboos University aims to equip students with the necessary qualifications to practice legal professions (such as judges, lawyers, legal advisors, etc.). The program also aims to educate students in the field of law generally to enable them to occupy any position in the legal field in the future. Additionally, the program's curriculum is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to compete in the national and regional job markets.

The college grants a Bachelor's Degree in Law, and the duration of study to obtain the Bachelor's degree is eight semesters, equivalent to one hundred and twenty-six (126) credit hours, which includes:

Master's Program:

The college grants a Master's degree in Law to holders of a Bachelor's degree in Law/Legal Studies who meet the program's admission requirements. To complete the program, the student must complete 30 credit hours, which include 6 core courses (18 hours) and 2 elective courses (6 hours), in addition to the thesis course (6 hours) to obtain the Master's degree in one of the following specializations:

- Commercial Law
- Criminal Law
- Private Law
- Public Law
