Refund Instructions

 

1.Application and academic document fees are non-refundable.
2.Tuition fees for postgraduate courses:

  • During the add/drop period, full tuition fees are refunded if the student postpones or withdraws.
  • During the withdrawal period with a "W" grade, 50% of the tuition fees paid for that semester are refunded if the student postpones or withdraws.
  • No amount of the fees specified for that semester will be refunded after the withdrawal period with a "W" grade if the student postpones or withdraws.
  • In case of replacing courses with others, the fee differences will be calculated and paid or refunded as appropriate. 

3. Tuition Fee Refund Procedures:

  • Tuition fee refund procedures for eligible students (deferred/withdrawn/course dropped) begin after the last day for deferral and course withdrawal with a "W" grade.
  • For scholarship and sponsored students, tuition fee refund procedures for fees paid by students begin in the seventh week of the semester.
