- On 12th of September 2006, Dr. Suad Al Wahaibi officially commenced her professional journey at SQU, as a demonstrator after graduating from the college of Education with distinction. After getting her MA in Applied Linguistics with honors from Melbourne University, Australia, she committed herself to pursuing excellence academically and professionally. Earning her PhD degree in Education from the University of Sheffield, UK, has further reinforced her ambition in this direction.
Suad also completed both Faculty Fellowship program and the requirements for the Certificate of Higher Education Teaching and Learning from Sultan Qaboos University in 2022. Besides that, she was awarded two research fellowships in Management from Maastricht University at the Netherlands [The MSM Executive Program in Management: Leadership and Management of Higher Education Institutions] in 2013 as well as [ Women Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Policy] in 2023.
Suad is the author and co-author of a number of scholarly papers, and she widely presents insights on her research and teaching practice at international conferences at the University of Oxford in UK, University of London in UK, National University of Seoul in South Korea, and Oman International ELT conference.
She received SQU’s Best Researcher Award in 2021, and was also awarded by the Omani Embassy in UK in 2019 and the Consulate General-Australia in 2009 for her outstanding academic achievements.

- Assistant Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Sultan Qaboos University. she obtained a Master's degree from the College of Education at Sultan Qaboos University in 2003 and a Doctorate from the University of Dundee, Scotland in 2015. Headed the Field Experiences and Field Training Unit since 2018. she supervised numerous Master's and Doctoral theses. She presented several papers at numerous international conferences and symposiums, the latest being the Conference on Sustainability in Education in Kuwait. She published numerous research articles in international and Arab journals. She chaired several department and college committees, and she is a member of external committees such as the joint committee with the Specialized Institute for Teacher Training, and a member of the Academic Accreditation Committee at the College of Education. Also, she wrote the report of Standard Two (Clinical Training and Practices) for the College of Education, for the academic accreditation submitted to the CAEP institution. She contributed to committees related to the development of Omani curricula such as the Life Skills curriculum, the Entrepreneurship curriculum, and the Identity and Citizenship curriculum. - Dr. Lyutha K. Al Subhi, Head of Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Unit (QAAAU) in the College of Agricultural and Marine Sciences (CAMS) at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU). She has extensive experience leading the international accreditation of nine undergraduate programs at CAMS with ASIIN. She leads 26 programs at CAMS for external program reviews. She is trained in applying the ADRI approach and has audited two units at SQU, one of which she chaired the review panel. She has long experience in benchmarking programs against accreditation standards and designing programs based on the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). As an academic program coordinator and the Head of QAAAU, she is experienced with self-study reports and has served as an external reviewer for the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MOHERI). Finally, she is trained on OQF Listing of Qualifications as well as Listing and Alignment Panels and as External Reviewer for Institutional Standards Assessment (ISA) with the OAAAQA. Last but not least, she is the focal person with the operational planning of the college to chive the HEI strategic plans.

- With over 17 years of experience in academia and higher education, I have gained a deep understanding of the sector's dynamics and the importance of maintaining high-quality standards. My career began as a Lecturer and has progressed through various roles, including Students’ Affairs Consultant and Field Experience Supervisor, giving me a well-rounded perspective on educational administration. Currently, I am working at the Quality Assurance Office at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU). My responsibilities include reviewing mandatory and supplementary materials to ensure compliance with ISAA standards and participating in committees related to preparing for the commentary of ISAA. My work at the College of Education involved significant contributions to academic accreditation processes and quality assessments. Additionally, I have been serving as an external reviewer for OAAAQA since July 2024, and I became a member of the Oman Association for Quality in Higher Education (OAQHE) in October 2024.

- Dr. Rashid Nasser Al Maamari is the Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Office for Administrative, Financial, and Technical Quality at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU). He also lectures at the Center for Preparatory Studies (CPS) at SQU. He holds a BA in English Language Teaching from SQU, an MA in Teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP) from the University of Warwick (England) and a PhD in Applied Linguistics from the University of Melbourne (Australia). Dr. Rashid specializes in English language assessment, curriculum development, and evaluation. His expertise spans over two decades of teaching English, curriculum development, and preparation and revision of educational assessment tools. He has held several roles related to his field, including membership in the Assessment Unit at the CPS, managing the Sultan Qaboos University IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Center, and chairing the Curriculum Committee for the Department of English for Humanities at the CPS. Over the years, Dr. Rashid contributed significantly to the revision and implementation of many academic programs at the CPS. Dr. Rashid has served as an external examiner in the field of assessment and evaluation, as a private consultant in educational reform, and as a leader in various projects at SQU. Currently, Dr. Rashid leads the SQU Administrative Quality Audit and Assessment Project, the development, revision and documentation of SQU policies and procedures, and the National Institutional performance System (Ejada) at SQU. Additionally, he leads some of the university's committees supervising national accreditation and quality of services.

- Dr. Shadia Al-Bahlani is an Associate Professor in Department of Biomedical Science, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. She has good communication and administrative skills as she was heading the department of Biomedical Science for seven years (2014-2021). Her research interest is in cellular and molecular pathology mainly in cancer. She is highly skilled in cell culture and molecular biology techniques with good number of publication. Her long term goals are to be an excellent academician and a determined researcher who will greatly contribute to each field respectively.

- Dr. Fatema Al-Mamari holds the position of the Head of the Quality Management Unit (QMU) and the standing member of the Observation and Quality Enhancement Committee (OQEC) in the Centre for preparatory Studies at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU). Her Academic degrees encompass a BA and MA in teaching English in Higher Educational Institutions, and she possess about 20 years of expertise in teaching English for Specific Purposes at the tertiary level of education. With a rich academic background, including an MA thesis in Educational Policy and a Ph.D. in Quality Management in Higher Education from Monash University, Australia, she has a deep interest in quality assurance and educational policy in HE. Dr. Fatema is also a certified internal examiner for SQU Administrative Quality Audit and Assessment and an external examiner for OAAAQA. She is regularly involved in operational planning and supervises the implementation of these plans. Additionally, she is the focal point between Sultan Qaboos University and many private and public HE institutions and leads the benchmarking and cooperation activities based on the letters of agreement officially signed by these HE institutions and SQU. These activities aim at sharing expertise in a variety of academic areas in HE.
