- Dr. Lyutha K. Al Subhi, Head of Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Unit (QAAAU) in the College of Agricultural and Marine Sciences (CAMS) at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU). She has extensive experience leading the international accreditation of nine undergraduate programs at CAMS with ASIIN. She leads 26 programs at CAMS for external program reviews. She is trained in applying the ADRI approach and has audited two units at SQU, one of which she chaired the review panel. She has long experience in benchmarking programs against accreditation standards and designing programs based on the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). As an academic program coordinator and the Head of QAAAU, she is experienced with self-study reports and has served as an external reviewer for the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MOHERI). Finally, she is trained on OQF Listing of Qualifications as well as Listing and Alignment Panels and as External Reviewer for Institutional Standards Assessment (ISA) with the OAAAQA. Last but not least, she is the focal person with the operational planning of the college to chive the HEI strategic plans.

- Dr. Yasser F. Hendawy Al-Mahdy is a distinguished academic and researcher specializing in educational management and leadership. He serves as the Head of the Educational Administration and Leadership Research Group at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman, and is also a Professor at Ain Shams University, Egypt. His contributions include serving on several prestigious editorial boards, such as PLOS ONE and leading educational journals in the Arab world. Dr. Al-Mahdy is a prolific scholar with over 50 peer-reviewed publications, including articles in esteemed journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus, as well as notable Arabic research papers featured in prominent peer-reviewed journals. His research interests include educational leadership, human resource management in education, and integrating artificial intelligence in educational practices. He has earned multiple awards, such as the Distinguished Researcher Award at Sultan Qaboos University (2021) and the Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani Award for Excellence (2020). Dr. Al-Mahdy actively participates in international academic conferences and leads funded research projects in collaboration with institutions across the GCC region. A dedicated mentor, he has supervised numerous doctoral and master’s theses, shaping future leaders in education.

Professor Omar Al Omari is an academic researcher, and an expert in quality assurance. He has extensive international experience across the triad of academia. He has served in various administrative positions and is currently the head of the Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Unit at Sultan Qaboos University’s (SQU) College of Nursing. With over 20 years of experience in nursing education, he has a proven record of excellence in implementing accreditation standards, including his role as a certified external peer reviewer for the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
Professor Al Omari has been an external peer reviewer for numerous international nursing programmes in Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon. He has led key initiatives, such as developing systematic evaluation plans and revising curricula to align with international standards. His leadership has been instrumental in fostering a culture of quality improvement within the college, ensuring accreditation readiness, and enhancing educational outcomes through innovative strategies like simulation-based learning

Dr. Sulaiman Salim Al-Hashmi is a distinguished researcher and academic specializing in renewable energy and physics. He is currently affiliated with Sultan Qaboos University as a Researcher at the Center for Environmental Studies and Research. With a strong background in physics and renewable energy technologies, Dr. Al-Hashmi's research interests include solar thermal, solar PV, wind, green hydrogen, geothermal, biomass, solar thermal storage, waves, and hybrid renewable systems. He is particularly skilled in thermodynamics, computational fluid dynamics, turbulence modeling, Stirling engines, gas engines, heat exchangers, and thermal storage design.
Dr. Al-Hashmi is dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions and has contributed extensively to the scientific community through publications in reputable journals, conference presentations, and book chapters. He actively reviews research articles for international journals and has been recognized for his contributions, winning first place in scientific innovations in renewable energy at the Vision Award for Youth Initiatives in 2016.
Currently, Dr. Al-Hashmi is engaged in ongoing research projects focused on innovative hybrid models for solar power production and the feasibility study of hydrogen storage. He also participates in professional services such as scientific workshops, review committees, and conferences, while also organizing workshops and conducting studies related to renewable energy. His current research interests include solar thermal systems, renewable energy technologies, energy storage, and energy efficiency, with a focus on developing a Solar Concentrator with Stirling Engine & PCM-Storage Hybrid Model in Oman

Hadra is an electronic engineer holding an M.Sc. in Computer Science (2004) and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (2024). His academic career began at King Khalid University (KKU) in Saudi Arabia, where he served as a lecturer in the Computer Science Department for seven years, delivering various courses in the field. Following his academic role, he transitioned to Hydrotechnik GmbH (HT) in Germany as an Instrumentation Engineer, where he specialized in remote monitoring solutions. During his tenure at HT, he developed comprehensive training programs to facilitate client adoption of implemented solutions.

In November 2014, Hadra joined Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), where he has maintained an outstanding publication record in prestigious peer-reviewed journals since 2015. He has also served as an External Examiner for the General Foundation Program at several private colleges.

In 2022, he joined the Quality Management Unit (QMU) at SQU's Center for Preparatory Studies (CPS). In this role, he actively participates in all QMU initiatives, including benchmarking events, preparation for external and internal audits, and various quality-related matters at CPS. Currently, he leads the data collection and analysis team within the QMU.
His combined academic and industrial experience has enhanced his expertise in addressing complex challenges, developing innovative solutions, and implementing effective teaching and learning practices.

His recent role as a certified external reviewer with the Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality of Education reflects his commitment to upholding educational standards. His exemplary communication and administrative skills are highlighted by his role on the Board of Trustees at Al-Zahra College for Women in Muscat. Dr. Saleh's research interests focus on Islamic Jurisprudence, where he has made significant contributions through numerous publications and active participation in international conferences.
