Purpose
To oversee the formulation of the College strategic plan and to ensure the effective monitoring and evaluation of its operational plan.
Responsibilities
- To organize forums, workshops and other activities that are necessary to prepare College strategic plan in alignment with the University strategic plan.
- To propose an operational plan that fulfils the prepared strategic plan with assigned timeline, responsibilities and key performance indicators.
- To liaise between the University strategic team and projects' directors and the College units/staff.
- To periodically monitor, evaluate and revise the College operational plan in order to efficiently implement it.
- To act on any other related matters that may be assigned to the Committee by the Dean.
- To periodically report to the College Board on the progress of the Committee work.
