Budget Committee

 

Purpose

To manage and optimize the College budget to be in line with strategic planning and educational needs.

 

Responsibilities

  1. To prepare the annual College budget.
  2. To decide on the expenditure of allocated budget items.
  3. To receive, review and decide on:
  1. budgetary items allocation to different departments/units.
  2. requests for supplies of equipment, educational tools, textbooks, computers, etc.
  3. maintenance and services requirement of the College equipment, IT items, etc.
  4. students' activities requests.
  1. To request reallocation of items, if necessary.
  2. To identify areas of improvement and suggest means of achievement.
  3. To act on any other related matters that may be assigned to the Committee by the Dean.
  4. To periodically report to the College Board on the progress of the Committee work.
