Purpose
To manage and optimize the College budget to be in line with strategic planning and educational needs.
Responsibilities
- To prepare the annual College budget.
- To decide on the expenditure of allocated budget items.
- To receive, review and decide on:
- budgetary items allocation to different departments/units.
- requests for supplies of equipment, educational tools, textbooks, computers, etc.
- maintenance and services requirement of the College equipment, IT items, etc.
- students' activities requests.
- To request reallocation of items, if necessary.
- To identify areas of improvement and suggest means of achievement.
- To act on any other related matters that may be assigned to the Committee by the Dean.
- To periodically report to the College Board on the progress of the Committee work.
