Dr. Fatma Saleh Obaid Al Dhabari, Director of the Development and Quality Department at Sultan Qaboos University, led a highly engaging session on "Introduction to Quality Management" held on November 24-25, 2024, at the College of Nursing. The session was designed to enhance the leadership and management knowledge and skills of graduating students. Participants gained valuable insights into preparing Key Performance Indicators (KP|s), understanding the Accreditation Process, utilizing the Incident Reporting System, and recognizing the importance of Performance Appraisals. The interactive and insightful session was well-received, leaving students inspired and equipped with practical tools for quality management in healthcare.
