General Admission Procedures:

• The Deanship of Postgraduate Studies announces the academic programmes open for admission, application periods, and the admission requirements and conditions for each programme.
• Applicants must submit their application electronically within the specified period and upload all required documents.
• The Deanship of Postgraduate Studies verifies that applications meet the general admission requirements and conditions and then forwards eligible applications to the respective colleges for evaluation.
• College admission committees evaluate applicants’ submissions in accordance with the approved admission criteria.
• Applicants must complete any examinations and/or interviews required as part of the evaluation process for the respective programme.
• Admission notifications are issued upon completion and approval of all evaluation procedures.
• Admitted applicants must fulfill the admission requirements specified in the admission notification and will be granted final (unconditional) admission upon satisfying all such requirements.
• Admitted students must activate their university account, complete the registration procedures, and register for courses within the specified period in accordance with the approved academic calendar.
