Annual Report Committee

Purpose

To prepare the Annual Report of the College.

Responsibilities

1. To collect and collate relevant data/information about the College and related SQUH activities and compile it in a report.
2. To edit and proofread the report.
3. To decide on the design and presentation of the final report.
4. To liaise and coordinate with the University Printing Press to ensure professional quality output of the published Annual Report.
5. To disseminate the printed report to the various organizations in and outside the University.
6. To identify areas of improvement and suggest means of achievement.
7. To act on any other related matters that may be assigned to the Committee by the Dean.
8. To periodically report to the College Board on the progress of the Committee work.
