  1. :Failure to update payment status
    1. If the amount has been deducted from the student's account and the payment status in the Student Information System (SIS) has not been updated, please contact the tuition fees section and provide proof of the .deduction so that the data can be updated in the system
  2. :Tuition Refunds
    1. Refunds of tuition fees due to students in cases of (postponement, withdrawal, or course drop) will be processed after the end of the Withdrawal period with a grade of (W)
  3. :Penalties for Late Payment (Cohort 2026 and beyond)
    1. .Students who fail to pay within the official announced period, and during the extension period (if applicable), will be subject to a fine of OMR 15 for each working day of delay
