The Self-Access Centre provides resources and support to enable foundation year students to develop their independent learning skills and take greater responsibility for their own language learning. Students can choose from a variety of paper-based and digital resources and receive in-person support from a dedicated member of staff. Digital resources are also available through the e-learning site.

The Centre of Preparatory Studies encourages all students to make regular use of the Self-Access Centre. Its extensive learning resources help improve English language proficiency, promote independent learning, build confidence in language use, and contribute to stronger academic performance and overall success in Foundation Program courses.
