College of Nursing Secures International Reaccreditation Until 2033
The College of Nursing has announced the renewal of international accreditation for its Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing programmes by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), following the successful completion of the International External Quality Assurance (IEQA) activity officially approved by OAQA in March 2026.
The reaccreditation extends from Fall 2025 through Fall 2033, reflecting the College’s sustained commitment to academic excellence, adherence to international quality standards, and the promotion of a culture of continuous improvement in education, learning, scientific research, and community service.
The achievement further reinforces the quality and effectiveness of both the undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programmes in preparing highly qualified nursing professionals equipped with the knowledge and professional competencies required to address the evolving needs of healthcare systems at both the national and international levels.
The College reaffirmed its commitment to continuously advancing its academic programmes, fostering innovation and scientific research, and preparing future leaders in the nursing profession in ways that contribute to enhancing healthcare quality and serving the wider community.
