SQU and OQ to Exchange Scientific and Practical Expertise

Sultan Qaboos University and OQ Group have signed a cooperation programme aimed at exchanging scientific and practical expertise in academic, economic, and social fields.

 

The programme was signed on behalf of the University by His Highness Sayyid Dr. Fahd bin Al Julanda Al Said, the Vice-Chancellor, and on behalf of OQ by Ashraf bin Hamad Al-Mamari, Chief Executive Officer of the group.

 

The programme seeks to leverage the scientific and practical expertise, human resources, and capabilities of both parties in the areas of knowledge transfer, scientific research, development and innovation, and the enhancement of teaching and learning. The cooperation also extends to practical training, executive education, conference organisation, entrepreneurship, and consultancy, with the aim of amplifying positive societal impact.

 

This partnership aspires to contribute effectively to the realisation of the Oman Vision 2040 by supporting sustainable development and strengthening institutional collaboration between the two institutions.
