Training Committee
Purpose
To govern the training/study programs rendered available to College's staff/faculty.
Responsibilities
- To recommend for the College a plan of training courses, under- and post-graduate-studies for the development of its staff and faculty.
- To establish College criteria that guide the selection of staff/faculty for study/training programs in conformance with SQU rules and regulations.
- To disseminate information regarding training/study available opportunities.
- To receive, evaluate and approve applications for training/study programs.
- To follow up, monitor and evaluate the progress of delegated staff/faculty for training/study programs.
- To act on any other related matters that may be assigned to the Committee by the Dean.
- To periodically report to the College Board on the progress of the Committee work.
