Medical Informatics Support During and After Working Hours

 

We would like to inform you of the Medical Informatics support arrangements during and after working hours, particularly for teaching-related activities and special events.

During working hours (8:00AM – 2:30PM): Medical Informatics support is readily available during standard working hours. If you have any special requirements, such as additional audio/visual aids for your session, please contact the Medical Informatics team at least 1 day ahead on 2414(3500), email: medinfo@squ.edu.om

After working hours (2:30 PM – 4:00PM): Medical Informatics support will be available on an “on-call” basis. Please call 71449904 (and save it in your contact list). For events such as exams, workshops and seminars scheduled, it is imperative to notify the Medical Informatics team in advance (at least 1 day ahead). This will allow us to ensure that adequate support is available to facilitate your event smoothly.

Teaching Facilities Guidelines:
