NASPA International Association selected Dr. Yousuf Salim AlHinai – Assistant Professor in the Information Systems Department at the College of Economics and Political Sciences, for its advisory board in the MENASA region (Middle East, North Africa and South Asia). The advisory board includes student affairs professionals who have distinguished contributions in the field.

Dr. Yousuf AlHinai served as the dean of student affairs and the Sultan Qaboos University for three a year term (2014-2017) during which he has made unique contributions locally and internationally. He was able to achieve many improvements in the field for SQU as well as for other institutions in Oman and abroad.
