The Course File Audit is implemented to ensure that course files are complete, comply with institutional and Internal Standards Audit (ISA) requirements, and support continuous quality improvement and readiness for internal and external quality reviews. The audit applies to both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Beginning in Fall 2025, the College implemented the audit process in line with the guidelines issued by the Sultan Qaboos University Quality Assurance Office (QAO). Each department audits 5% of course files from every academic program to provide representative coverage across its courses.
