The self-review process evaluates the effectiveness of councils and committees in fulfilling their assigned roles and responsibilities. It is conducted annually, before the final meeting of the academic year, and applies to permanent councils and committees. The review findings are analyzed and presented at the final council or committee meeting, and an action plan is developed to address identified areas for improvement. Progress on the implementation of the agreed actions is subsequently monitored, and all related documentation is maintained to support effective record-keeping and future reference.
