Admission Requirements
(as per the Postgraduate Academic Regulations (PAR) of SQU)

- Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree from Sultan Qaboos University or any other recognized university.
- A Cumulative Grade Point Average of not less than 2.75 out of 4 or its equivalent in another system and the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies will assess equivalency.
- Work experience is a must for candidates with a Cumulative Grade Point Average between 2.5 and 2.74 in the Bachelor’s degree.
- Applicant must submit a no-objection letter from employer, addressed to the dean of postgraduate studies at SQU. For un-employed, Omani applicants need to submit a statement from The Public Authority of Manpower Register documenting the unemployment status of the applicant.
- Proof of English language competency must be demonstrated by sufficient scores in IELTS or TOEFL according to the SQU Postgraduate Academic Regulations.
- Pass the interview conducted in the College, if necessary.
