About Personnel Affairs Directorate

Personnel Affairs Department is charged with finding, screening, recruiting, personnel management and employment practices. Personnel Affairs Department plays a key role in helping SQUH deal with a fast-changing environment and the rapid request for quality workforces.

To be the leading Human Resource Department in delivering the highest quality standards in health care sector in the region.

Mission

To provide the most qualified workforces from Omani nationals as well as from other nationalities abroad. The first priority is to hire the qualified and experienced Omanis in all areas such as medical, paramedical, technical and administrative. To assure the best quality services to SQUH customers and to fulfill the human resources needs of various departments in the hospital and work as a team and strive to meet any challenges.
