- Providing housing for academic staff, visitors, technicians, administrators, researchers, and non-Omani graduate students.
- Supervising house maintenance on and off-campus, in coordination with the relevant department.
- Overseeing the furnishing of university offices and housing, in coordination with the General Stores Department.
- Renting houses for contractors, in coordination with the relevant committee.
- Entering resident data into the human resources system.
- Completing lease contracts for off-campus houses and updating resident information.
- Supervising electricity, water, and gas billing for on-campus housing, in coordination with relevant authorities.
- Coordinating with the General Stores Department for the disbursement of furniture for university units.
- Evaluating requests for office or house furniture from various university authorities.
