Features and uses:
The FORJ instrument is a sample preparation instrument used to transform powders of cement, lime, catalysts, mining and geological samples, refractories, glass, silica, bauxite, alumina, and many others into either glass disks, borate solutions or peroxide solutions. Glass disks are typically intended for X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis.
- Fusion Capacity: 6-position automatic fusion system for simultaneous preparation of up to six samples.
- Application: Preparation of fused beads and solutions for XRF.
- Maximum Temperature: Up to 1200 °C continuous operation.
- Fusion Programs: Programmable heating, agitation, and cooling cycles for consistent sample preparation.
- Agitation System: Automatic magnetic agitation to ensure homogeneous fusion.
- Automation: Pre-set fusion methods with automatic pouring and cooling.
- Power Supply: 200–240 V, 50/60 Hz.
