Orientation of new students

  1. The Assistant Dean of Admission and Technical Support (at the Deanship of Admission of Registration, the A & R) coordinates with the ADUGS office.
  2. A program for the orientation week is developed in coordination with related units (e.g., the Dean’s office, the Assistant Dean for Training and Community Service, (ADTCS) office, the departments, and other units at the College). This includes nomination of staff from the college to participate in the orientation program.
  3. The ADUGS office sends the program to the A & R for approval and scheduling.
  4. The ADUGS and other nominated personals usually attend and participate in-person or virtual orientation sessions which are scheduled by the A & R.
