Queries from students:

 ▪  ADUGS office responds to any inquires/requests related to undergraduate studies via the dedicated email of the ADUGS office: sci@student.squ.edu.om.

Inquiries from SQU departments and units:

▪  If the inquiries are related to undergraduate studies, the ADUGS office responds via email and/or Wosool, if required.

▪  If the inquiries are intended for a department within the college, the ADUGS office coordinates and forwards the inquiries to the concerned department and responds accordingly via email and/or Wosool, if required.

Formal inquiries/requests within SQU or from outside:

▪  If the inquiries are related to undergraduate studies, the ADUGS office sends responses using official signed and stamped letters via Wosool, the email and/or the fax.

▪  If the inquiries are intended for a department within the college, the ADUGS office coordinates and forwards the inquiries to the concerned department and responds officially (using signed and stamped letters) via Wosool, the email and/or the fax.
