Technical Support

The Technical Support Office at the College of Education serves all the administrative, academic and technical staff, as it is a cadre of diverse sources and different ideas. It works to advance and keep pace with technological developments and contribute to the advancement  of this lofty scientific edifice. 


Technical Support Department Tasks:

  • Follow up technical support 
  • Provide hardware support
  • Provide support to the users



Technical Support Department Services:

  • Provide direct substantive and technical support
  • Provide a borrowing service of some devices and various computer technical tools
  • Inventory devices and follow up updates 
  • Do periodic maintenance of equipment and laboratories attached to the college
  • Prepare laboratories for exams and semester teaching
